My apologies! This month is a bit crazy at our house with company and planning a trip! So, I took the easy way out!
That being said, I absolutely love Zucchini Pasta! I make this dish several times a month, and definitely whenever we have guests for dinner. I make mine with homemade pesto! (see my book!)
