A new cookbook for celiacs and those who are allergic to wheat and gluten!

Finally! Great gluten-free recipes!

Written by someone who has been there and done that! With wonderful make ahead flour mixes that you can use in all of your favorite recipes!

This cookbook came about out of necessity. It was never my life's goal to write the "Great American Wheat-Free Cookbook". In fact, when I was diagnosed as gluten intolerant at the age of 38, I was positive that there was nothing available for me to eat, ever again.

It was out of that panic state that I started to take old favorite recipes, and some that I had created over the years, and turn them into tasty treats that everyone in my family could enjoy. I have always loved to cook, creating new recipes out of thin air. I decided that this was just another challenge to conquer.

After talking with friends and family, I found out that there are literally millions of people who are either wheat or gluten intolerant and are looking in desperation for foods that they can prepare that would be acceptable to their limited diets, and be appetizing as well. Many of these recipes have been served to "normal" people who would never guess they were eating something unusual.

With that in mind, I starting writing down all of the recipes I had developed, and began in earnest to create this cookbook with you in mind. I hope that these recipes provide you with the dietary freedom that they have provided for me.
