About Me
JoDee Vale is a licensed massage therapist, performing many
modalities of massage, cranial sacral bodywork and reconnective
healing, and has been an holistic health advocate since the early 80's.
After having been diagnosed as gluten intolerant in 1994, JoDee Vale
began what would turn out to be years of research into gluten
intolerance and celiac disease. It was during this period that she
started creating and compiling safe recipes for her own use.
Urged by friends and family to make her recipes public, JoDee has
now created "Taste the Difference" as a way for others to safely enjoy
the world of delicious and healthy wheat-free food.
JoDee currently lives, works and cooks in Northern Arizona with her husband Mark, dog Sombra and cat Chesalon.
